Red Deer Maternity, Newborn and Baby Photography

Deanna Hall Photography is excited to announce its first ever Fresh Faces contest. If you think your have the cutest child or grandchild, don’t miss this opportunity!

How does it work?

1. If you are expecting or have a child between the ages of newborn and 10 years old, you can enter! Submit a recent (non-professional) photo to info@deannahallphotography.com. Be sure to put FRESH FACES in the subject line!
2. Entries close May 15th, 2007 12PM MST
3. All entries must include the child’s full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email of parent or legal guardian. (No names will be publicly announced, except for the winner, and that will be only first name only.)
4. Twins and multiples may be entered together.
5. All submitted photos must be recent (within 4 weeks of submission).
6. Once entries close, a panel of professional photographers (not including myself) will narrow the list down to the top 10 finalists. Those 10 finalists will then be posted on my blog and voted on by the PUBLIC.
7. All entrants must be subscribed to our newsletters.

What does the 2007 Fresh Face win?

1. A complimentary session and a $100.00 print credit with Deanna Hall Photography. Pretty COOL!
2. By entering this contest, you agree to let Deanna Hall Photography have COMPLETE CREATIVE CONTROL of the session. What does that mean? If your child is named the winner, I will personally choose and PURCHASE the clothing for your session, (Yes! you keep them!) pick the hairstyle and the location to go with the look that I want to create for your session.
3. Approximate total value of $300.00

We encourage you to forward this information on to your friends; however, there are a few quick notes that you (and they) will want to be aware of before entering. You KNEW there had to be some fine print…..

1. All entrants must be subscribed to the DHP newsletter to qualify. This newsletter comes out less than once a month, and contains the first chance to sign up for great new deals, big news, and sometimes special coupon codes only available in the newsletter.
2. All photos submitted must be non-professional. We take no responsibility whatsoever for copyrighted materials being submitted to this contest. By submitting a copyrighted photograph to this contest, you are accepting all legal repercussions that may arise from the owner of the copyright.
3. Entrants may be from anywhere. However, the winning entrant must be willing to travel to the location chosen by Deanna Hall Photography. It will be within a 45-minute travel from Red Deer Alberta.
4. DHP reserves the right to disqualify or deny entry to anyone at his or her discretion. This includes any clients who are banned from booking because of copyright infringement, or outstanding balances.
5. Excessive repeated votes from one IP address may cause disqualification.
6. All complimentary items are based upon receipt of a signed model release. The purpose of this contest is to acquire “fresh faces” for our marketing and promotional items. A signed model release is required for such use, and will be needed to receive complimentary items.
7. By entering this contest you are allowing Deanna Hall Photography to post the submitted photo of your child in a public manner on a blog, website or in display promoting the Fresh Faces contest.
8. The 2007 Fresh face winner must book their session within 2 weeks of being named the winner.
9. In order to receive their complimentary session, $100.00 gift certificate and the outfit, the session date must be booked before September 15th, 2007.
10. Complimentary session MUST be of the child who wins. NON-TRANSFERABLE.
11. $100.00 Print credit will be applied to standard pricing only, and may not be combined with any other offer. All sales are final.
12. Approximate value of prize is exactly that: Approximate Offer subject to change at any time and without notice.
13. You agree to hold harmless Deanna Hall Photography, Deanna Hall and all others associated with the contest or business, whether by participation or employment association.
14. The digital version of the photo you submit becomes property of Deanna Hall Photography for purposes of promoting the Fresh Faces contest.
