sneak peeks!

I know that me being out of the country for a week or so, has really made my clients suffer…

I have had 27 mini session clients patiently waiting for their peeks, well half of them have got them, and the other half starts today!

Here we go!

Oh wait… I do have to mention a HUGE thank you to everyone, you guys all did WONDERFUL on your clothing choices! I know how hard it can be sometimes… Let me know if you found my what to wear guide helpful!

This sweetie is miss humble… she was so serious about things it was funny! and then when she crossed her hands and gave me this look.. I simply couldn’t resist!

I got to do some portraits of ADULTS for a change! turns out these two are wanting to use these as engagement photos, PLUS they are actually getting married at this exact location that we used for the sessions! COOL beans I say!

my next session was of two sweet girls, one was a diva cowgirl in disguise and the other one…well..was nothing but SWEET!

home…with a new mission!

ok so I dont have time at the moment to write my huge ass post about my trip to Bald Head Island! Lets just leave it at…it was an adventure! I am so thrilled with my travelling partner Brandy Anderson… I know that I could not have survived without her…

I totally enjoyed myself, met a KAZILLION KICK ASS photographers! and learned an amazing amount of things about running a business. I have some plans, some new strategies…and some cool friends who will be keeping me inline!

another note..I just wanted to let all my clients from the Spruceview limited edition sessions, that I have sent out emails with everyone’s gallery links..if you have not recieved it, please either give me a call, or pop me an email! For those waiting on some peeks, from the Sunday limited edition sessions…stay put… there will be some up tomorrow!

I have a few shots from Bald Head..it was amazing…or at least until we had to evacuate because of Tropical Storm Kyle (which I heard is now a hurricane, and on its way up to Canada)

this is one of the beach… this was literally about 50 feet from the house we were in! I didnt do very much shooting while on the island…i was too busy relaxing, and networking…NO work for me… there was limited internet!

sigh.. i am going to write a book

well on my way down here…we had engine problems, missed 2 flights, the airline totally skipped booking us on our last leg, lost our luggage….and now… we must leave first thing in the morning ( basically evacuate) Bald Head Island because of tropical storm kyle

we are staying tomorrow in wilmington…and hoping to fly out on friday…if the winds stay away…sigh…

this has been an trip!

i will try to keep you updated when I can!

I need to finish packing, backup a few more hush sessions, and hit the sack…this will be a post without a photo…but it will include a link!

Im off in the wee hours of the morning to Bald Head Island, North Carolina! for a kickass conference!

there may or may not be internet service on the island, some homes have it other do not, this also goes for cellular service..so I may actually really get to go MIA!

If I can I will update, and keep posting sneak peeks, but who knows about the internet service..you may just all have to wait until I get back next monday ( 29th)!

yup this is them all… I really dont think that I have left anyone out! Phew..that was a pile of work to get them all done within a week of the session..plus doing the boudoir sessions, and packing up to head off!

Anyways..here are the remaining peeks for the week!

here is one fun “behind the shot images” seriously…you would all be amazed at what parents, and myself do…just to get a kid to laugh…here is an EXCELLENT example…of the bird dance….thanx for the chuckle!

sometimes… the children themselves have an idea..I always encourage it, it helps them have more fun…and relax around the camera…and very often..they end up being the best shots of all..this one was created entirely on their own…no mommy even around!
