Red Deer Maternity, Newborn and Baby Photography

This wonderfully sweet family travelled from Saskatchewan for a session with me! Can you say SUPER FLATTERED! They are totally the sweetest and cutest family! And Darcy has the cutest little bump EVER. They came in wonderfully styled attire.. and I knew the exact locations we needed to hit! We had to reschedule from last week because their gorgeous little one had a nasty head cold, and was in poor spirits. But as luck would have it I was able to sneak them in quick before I jump the plane and head to Montreal for 5 days!

I hope you love them.. I truly do! ( PS I was messing around with some new Textures.. just to see how they would work on these.. and I like them… but i had to go back to the “me” style of bright colors for the wonderful images of their daughter!

This is the other fun maternity session that I had on Friday! I love getting to travel to new locations, and shoot new places.. its amazing what you can find!

I had a fun quick maternity session on Thursday afternoon With Desiree and Josh! I am so excited to head back sometime around the middle of August! I just know that the newborn session is going to be AWESOME!

Desiree wanted some black and whites for the walls in her home, so we set up for a few more traditional style maternity shots

I had the pleasure of driving around Johnstone Park on Tuesday, trying to find this home. I have to admit, that I do have a GPS that I use most times to help me find a clients home, but in the case of Johnstone Crossing and Johnstone Park, (as well as Devonshire, Davenport and Lonsdale) it ABSOLUTLEY drives me bonkers that my GPS does not cover those neighborhoods yet! I mean..COME on ! LOL! I even have the 2009 update.

ANYWAYS…enough of my rant!

I am super excited to welcome this family to my DHP ‘family’!  Its so refreshing to see other families with 2 ( soon to be 3) young children.  So very much the same as my family!
